For this client, who specialises in cheese production, we carried out the study and production of a heat-exchanger skid between the milk and steam passing through a heat exchanger, so as to avoid burning the product.
Producing the skid in the workshop allowed us to install and connect everything over one weekend, thus avoiding any production downtime for the factory.
